How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Not long, if you dip them in milk!!
Otherwise, for maximum freshness you should eat LeAnne’s cookies within a week, or cookies may be frozen in the individual wrappings for up to 2 months.  For best results thaw before eating.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Orders will be shipped Monday thru Thursday as appropriate with UPS standard recommendations for your area.  It is not recommended to have the order remain in warehouses or trucks over the weekend.  No Shipments will be made on Friday.

We do not send to P. O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment times for your orders:

Orders will be shipped as soon as practical, usually within 1 to 2 business days.  Pre-orders are encouraged by LeAnne and she will accommodate your shipping date requested if practical. Holiday shipments will be handled more easily if your order is placed in advance.  Special shipment types and times may be discussed with LeAnne if you desire.

 

When do you charge my credit card?

LeAnne accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards.  The credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Please feel free to call LeAnne and place your order over the phone.  LeAnne may be discussing an order with other clients, if so please leave a message and LeAnne will return your call promptly.

 

How may I track the status of my order?

Your order will be confirmed as soon as the credit card is verified and the order is placed into LeAnne’s system.  The confirmation will contain a tracking number for you to track your order at your convenience.

 

Adding a gift message to my order after it has been placed:

You may add a gift message if your order has not been filled and ready for UPS pickup.

 

Can my business card be attached to the gift?

Addition of your business card is often used to personalize your gift and may be included if you have previously supplied LeAnne the business cards.

 

Can I change the ‘ship to’ address?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped we can change the ‘ship to’ address at no charge.  Please contact us by phone and we will be more than happy to change your ‘ship to’ address.

 

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not been shipped we will cancel it for you.  Contact us immediately by phone to assure your order can be cancelled.

 

How much will shipping cost?

Ground shipping is the most economical way to ship your gift, however, we recommend that you ship your cookies to arrive at your recipient’s address within 3 business days.  Therefore we offer Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 day select.  The shipping cost for your selected method will show on the order form before you confirm your order.

 

Can I return cookies after they are ordered?

Our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns.

 

Maximum Liability:

The maximum liability for LeAnne’s Old Fashioned Cookies shall not exceed the cost of the cookies and shipping for the order in question.
